Přes 25 let se pohybuji v oblasti vzdělávání dospělých, především jako lektorka jazyků na VŠ (MFF UK a ČVUT - Erasmus) a v korporátu. Tato profese v mém případě vždy zahrnovala i složku péče o duševní zdraví a zapojování cizinců do života v ČR. Ve svém posledním firemním působišti jsem působila i jako Mental Health Ally (důvěrník pro duševní zdraví).
Vystudovala jsem bohemistiku a anglistiku na FF UK v Praze a složila i pedagogicko-psychologické státnice. Při studiu jsem působila jako dobrovolník na Lince bezpečí a během své lektorské praxe jsem se dále vzdělávala v oblasti preventivní péče o duševní zdraví.
Jsem frekventantkou tříletého sebezkušenostního výcviku Integrativní práce s traumatem (Institut léčení a prevence traumatu, 2023-2026), akreditovaného koučovacího výcviku (MŠMT, 2024), facilitátorkou transparentní kruhové komunikace (Síla duše, 2022) a lektorkou vědomé a aktivní přípravy na mateřství a rodičovství (A centrum, 2011-2013).
10 let jsem vedla skautský oddíl a působila i jako zahraniční zpravodajka Ústřední rady Junáka.
Věnuji se cvičení tchai-ťi a čchi-kungu, hudbě, tanci, literatuře a turistice.

A Little bit about me...
I offer mainly consultancy in the field of education, especially language, and I also support foreigners living in the Czech Republic to feel included into the Czech society.
My services include therapeutic work, coaching and mentoring.
Also, I am a guide through The Integration the Everyday - I create a safe space for your own introspection, for noticing how you feel in your body, what your emotions and thoughts are, and then help you incorporate these principles, experiences and awareness into your daily life so that you can live in a more profound alignment with yourself and the world around you.
I have been in the adult education field for over 25 years, mainly as a language teacher at universities (Faculty of Mathematics and Physics, Charles University and the CTU - Erasmus) and in the corporate world. In my case, this profession has always included a mental health care component and the involvement of foreigners in the life of the Czech Republic. In my last corporate position, I also worked as a Mental Health Ally.
I graduated from the Faculty of Arts, Charles University in Prague, and majored in Czech and English. I also successfully passed the state exam in pedagogy and psychology for teachers.
During my studies, I worked as a volunteer at the Safety Line and during my lecturing practice I received further training in preventive mental health care.
I am a participant in the three-year Integrative Work with Trauma self-experiential training (Institute for Healing and Prevention of Trauma, 2023-2026), an accredited coaching training (Ministry of Education, 2024), a facilitator of Transparent Circle Communication (Síla duše, 2022), and a trainer in Conscious and Active Preparation for Motherhood and Parenthood (A Center, 2011-2013).
For 10 years I led a girl-guide troop and worked as the International Commissioner of the National Board of Junák - Czech Scouting and Guiding.
I practise Tai Chi and Qigong, love music, dance, literature and outdoors.
